Below is some of the requirments about the eps motor, customer can choose one or some of them. |

Features:
1. Automatically do quick Pass/Fail Test: multi points loading test(CW and CCW) in 0~20sec. Each direction has no load, load 1(torque M1), load 2(torque M2),load 3(torque M3), insulating resistance(optional), voltage resistant(optional) .
2. Automatically alarm motor speed(High and Low), current for unacceptable range.
3. Automatically switch High speed and low speed during the test, auto judge the park position. .
4. Quick fixing: pneumatic or mechanical fixture to improve testing speed.
5. Testing step: 2~3 sets/ min.
6. High accuracy: Electric Value: ±0.5% ±1 digit. Torque: ±0.5%(Full scale) ±1digit. Speed: ±0.1 % ±1 digit.
7. Insulation-resisted and high voltage-resisted safety testing for the motor, alarm on the fail. (Optional)
8. Motor database: selected by serial number, model, date, etc. Automatically review testing data and curve.
9. Performance test for motor M=f(U, I, W, n, P,η), automatically print testing report and characteristic curve. (Optional)
